The new generation AEC2232dX series biogas leak detector can display the concentration of combustible gases or vapors within the lower explosive limit in the air on-site (%LEL), and outputs a 4-20mA standard signal. At the same time, it can output three sets of relay contact signals (fault signal, high/low limit alarm signal), which can be directly connected to DCS and other data acquisition systems or secondary instruments for audible and visual alarms and linked output to avoid the occurrence of serious accidents. This series of detectors also has the following features: high-brightness LED display; low/high limit alarm concentration is adjustable; when using button calibration, the calibration value can be set according to the calibration gas concentration; on-site calibration can also be performed using a magnetic rod, which does not require opening the cover during calibration, making operation more convenient. This series of detectors adopts a catalytic combustion sensor and single-chip microcomputer digital processing. The product has the advantages of high detection sensitivity, stable performance, good anti-poisoning ability, and low power consumption.
